REPORT




During this partial the objective was constructing the mechanism of the solar oven structure. We designed a structure made on different material such as sheetrock, galvanized sheet and steel canal. Between the sheet rock and the galvanized sheet we placed fiber glass so it worked as insulation. We elaborated a rail that’s placed on the top of the structure, the rail has three paper mirrors placed on the top these are uncharged of reflecting the sun light into the interior of the oven. We also placed to glasses in the top and in the interior of the oven, so it is able con maintaining the heat inside.

The structure was fully finished but there are still some parts that we have to correct for its better functioning. We elaborated a part of the control of the mechanism which we will use during the third partial.

Most of the team members are satisfied with the work done during the partial, we can still do many corrections. We will work harder to obtain better results.
